illegally foreclosed on farmers mortgages allthroughout the Midwest.
In each of these cases the farmers were defrauded by thebanks with the
approval of the Federal Reserve System. These court cases would
eventually become known as the farmer claims program.
In 1978 an elderlyranch farmer in Colorado purchased a farm with
loan from the Federal Land Bank;after he died the property was passed
on to his son Roy Schwasinger Jr., who wasa retired military general.
Soon after a Federal Land Bank officer and FederalMarshall appeared on
his property and informed him the bank was foreclosing onhis farm and
to vacate within 30 days. Without his knowledge, his deceasedfather
signed a stipulation which reverted the property back to the Federal
LandBank in the event of the borrower’s death.
Outraged, Roy Schwasingerfiled a class action lawsuit in the Denver
Federal Court system. But the casedidn’t go very far and the suit was
dismissed from filing incorrectly. Thisbegan Roy Schwasinger’s
investigation into the inner workings of the bankingsystem. In 1982 he
was given a contract by the US senate and later Supreme Courtto
investigate banking fraud. But because he was under a strict
non-disclosureorder he was not allowed to tell the media what he
discovered. In the late 80she began sharing his knowledge with others
including high ranking militarypersonnel who helped him bring about a
class action lawsuit against the federalgovernment.
The first series of these lawsuits began in the mid 1980’s when
William and Shirley Baskerville of Fort Collins, Colorado were involved
in a bankruptcy case with First Interstate Ban

New reports coming from Europe and Asia are showing growing alarm over

August 6 th to force the European Union ( EU ) to turn over the
Western World’s entire economic might by giving the International Monetary Fund
( IMF ) over to what are
called emerging Nations as part of the America’s leader “master plan” to redistribute the wealth of both the United States
and Europe to nearly every Third-World Nation on Earth.
Obama’s actions have thrown the IMF into “ total
disarray ” with one senior board member warning that “ the
IMF will be in crisis unless a solution is found in time ” as the EU
faces a 31 October deadline to either reject or accede to the American’s
unprecedented demand to give up control over the wealth of their 27 Member
Nations.
Important to note about the IMF is that it was established
in 1944 by the Allied victors of World War II who used the
cataclysmic force of their armies to destroy the Empires of Nazi Germany and
Japan, along with Italy, all of whom refused to accept paper currencies (called
fiat money ) from either
the American or British governments for the settlement of International debts
and continued backing their currencies with gold.
As World War II neared its end in 1944, the main victor of this conflict,
the United States, convened the United
Nations Monetary and Financial Conference at a hotel in their State of New
Hampshire named Bretton Woods ,
which is also the name given to the agreement to establish a new Global economic
system that is called the Bretton Woods System ,
but which France and England refused to sign unless the US agreed to keep Nazi
Germany’s and Imperial Japan’s gold demand for International settlements in
place.

As the clock
ticks towards the final deadline for the Federal Reserve Board Obama, Queen
Elizabeth, her slave Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, the Feds and a
Chinese faction are all struggling to preserve their power at all costs. The
Queen has offered to turn over Japanese sovereignty to the Chinese by 2011 in exchange

Brussels and there, equipped with the necessary authorisations, on
October 6, 2009 she was able to take part, inside the very building
housing the European Parliament, in a conference on “Denial and
Democracy in Europe”. Devoted to the preparation of a pan-European law
criminalising revisionism (in the current jargon, “Holocaust denial”),
the conference attracted about two hundred people, amongst whom a few
members of the European Parliament; it was held under the patronage of
the German Elmar Brok, a former journalist now himself an MEP. In a
lengthy account in English, Lady Renouf has summed up the content of
the various talks, naturally all antirevisionist, each one more pitiful
than the rest.
Amongst the photos she includes in her account are a few of one
Gilles Karmazyn; hitherto, in his long-running efforts on the Internet
to track down revisionists and their writings, this petty Torquemada
had succeeded in hiding his face, no image of which is to be found even
with Google or Wikipedia.
But the most surprising thing is that, by luck, Lady Renouf,
unknown to the person presiding over the conference, obtained
permission to speak after the scheduled participants and she – who is
neither a revisionist nor an antirevisionist – proceeded to deliver an
out-and-out plea for a free debate on “the Holocaust”; she went so far
as to ask that, in order to set off that debate, one proof, one single
proof of the existence of the Nazi gas chambers be supplied.
In any case, the present days seem to bear out the impression that
the exterminationist argument is, as the Americans say, running out of

Czech senators opposed to the EU's Lisbon Treaty have filed a new complaint against it with the country's constitutional court. The complaint could create a new delay to treaty ratification, even if Irish voters back the treaty in a referendum on Friday. Czech President Vaclav Klaus, a Eurosceptic, says he will not sign the treaty until the court decides. The treaty cannot take effect unless all 27 EU member states back it. The
Czech court has rejected previous complaints about the treaty, which is
aimed at streamlining EU institutions to improve decision-making in the
enlarged bloc. But it could take the court as long as six
months to deliver its verdict on the new complaint, the BBC's Rob
Cameron reports from Prague. Sovereignty battle Seventeen Eurosceptic senators signed the latest petition, despite the fact that the Czech parliament has approved the treaty. The senator who lodged the new complaint, Jiri Oberfalzer, told the
BBC it centred on persisting concerns that Lisbon infringed upon Czech
sovereignty. He and his colleagues want the court to decide
whether the treaty forms the legal foundations for the creation of a
European superstate. If it does, they say, then it clearly violates the
Czech constitution. A further threat to Lisbon would emerge if
it is not ratified in time for the UK general election, expected next
April or May, which the British Conservatives are favourites to win.
They have pledged to put Lisbon to a UK referendum if it is not yet in
force. The treaty's opponents say it undermines national
sovereignty and concentrates too much power in Brussels. They also
argue that it is simply the EU's defunct constitution repackaged. The Republic of Ireland will hold a second referendum on Lisbon on 2 October. Irish
voters rejected the treaty last year, but EU governments, anxious to
bring the treaty into force, then gave Ireland legally binding
"guarantees" that Lisbon would not affect key aspects of Irish

Vast majority of Tory members oppose position on Lisbon Treaty, poll reveals By Andrew Grice, Political editor Saturday, 3 October 2009 David Cameron is facing a major revolt by the Conservative Party grassroots over his policy on Europe, according to a survey for The Independent. The poll of 2,205 Tory members by the ConservativeHome.com website found that more than eight in 10 want him to call a referendum on the Treaty of Lisbon even if it has been approved by the next general election – a pledge he is refusing to make. Total withdrawal from the European Union is the most favoured option among party members when asked how a Tory government should handle the issue, putting them totally at odds with a Tory leadership committed to British membership. Some 82 per cent want to freeze Britain's financial contributions to the EU. The findings suggest that the damaging divisions on Europe which destabilised the last Tory government could resurface at the party's annual conference in Manchester. Mr Cameron has played down the issue but it is firmly back on the agenda because of yesterday's referendum on the Lisbon Treaty in Ireland, the result of which will be announced today. The expected Yes vote would remove the biggest remaining hurdle to ratification by all 27 EU member states. Mr Cameron has promised a referendum in Britain if he becomes prime minister and the treaty has not been ratified by then. But he is reluctant to call one if it has already won EU-wide approval, as withdrawing from it would plunge Britain's relations with its EU partners into chaos. The world’s financial boycott of the

is September 30 th and that there will be signs of the end of the Fed
on October 7 th and 27 th followed by a chaotic November.
The Feds could even manage to cling on for a few months after that event as the
remnants of evil on this planet try to keep in power. We must be vigilant,

    It was a telling coincidence that two reports were issued on the very same
day. The Geneva Initiative, a group of Israeli and Palestinian diplomats and
technical experts, released its updated 400-page plan , spelling out the practical
details of a reasonable two-state settlement. But Israeli newspapers barely
noticed. They were too busy headlining the other report: a UN fact-finding mission's
575 pages of detail on war crimes committed by both Israeli and Palestinian
forces during last winter's war in Gaza.
    The UN report's lead author, Richard Goldstone, says he's a Zionist and "loves
Israel." The Israeli authors of the Geneva Initiative are Zionists who
love Israel, too. So are the Israeli government leaders who ignored the new
Geneva document while they lashed out at Goldstone and the whole UN fact-finding
operation.
    So, the coincidence of both documents appearing on the same day cast a bright
spotlight on the contest between two different styles of Zionism, a contest
that may soon come down to the wire. And the outcome will matter to all of us.
So, it's worth paying attention.
    There is one thing all Zionists generally agree on: The Jews should be a "normal"
nation, like all other nations. "Normalization" was the mantra of
the founders of Zionism over a century ago. It has continued to be a guiding
principle for the Jewish state and its supporters.
    That's one reason Israeli leaders and many commentators were so outraged by
the Goldstone report, just as they've been outraged by criticisms of Israeli
actions before. Going to war, and killing civilians in the process, is what
normal nations do, they say.

CASPER # 1 08-28-09  After the fiasco with The Ambassadors some 72 hours ago "new arrangements" for delivery were supposedly made with another much larger religious organization whose name we know but there is no sense in mentioning here. We were intouch with this organization which confirmed their delivery agreement and described the failure of Red China to turn over the packs upon arrival distribution points and their multiple returns to D.C. This " Confirmed Story Line" continued in one form or another for 3 days running and was to result in deliveries this morning in spite of the problems described in the three updates dated yesterday.  This morning we have determined that all of this was a CIA managed scam which included the interception of calls to this organization which CIA personnel pretending to be the leaders of this Religious organization and conforming the false story line over and over again. How we uncovered this is an interesting story but not important for this moment in time.  The packs are still at the Chinese Embassy. They are refusing to release them unless they, along with Bush and many others , are allowed the One for One Exchange for garbage we hear approaches 800T in fiat value.  The World Court must have a "stash" of their own as we hear they are "onboard" with these demands. China says this morning they will never release the packages until the One for One is agreed to. They say they are going to get that, or our program money one way or the other and our packs will not be released until their fiat is converted first.  From other sources in the Far East we are informed that their True Plan is to not release the packages even then, but to end up with both our program money AND the One for One conversion.   Don't panic, this situation is being dealt with.  Of course we are aware of other and different story lines "out there" this morning.Other stories, Other Analysis, belongs to others so we see no need to address their opinions
